August 23, 2008 - It's the subject we all love to hate. Don't put off looking at your insurance policies because it could cost you thousands of dollars over the years.

Mike Petilli with MVP Insurance Group shows us how he saves our clients between $300 and $800 per year. Sharon emailed in to tell us that Mike just saved her $1,200 and actually increased her coverage!

Take a look at your insurance policies today. Most insurance companies do not reward you for being a long-term customer, but rather charge you more. Mike addresses that issues on today's show.

August 16, 2008 - Our lives have become disintegrated and compartmentalized, it's no wonder we have no idea how to get out of our current situation and make our future match what we see in our dreams.

Habbakuk 2:1 says that we need to man our 'post'. Verse 2 states that we need to write our vision down. If you aren't hearing from God it is because you have left your post. He's trying to get in touch with you, but you're not there listening. Get back on your post and download our free goals worksheet. Write your vision down on paper. Without clearly defined goals you will likely be in the same place you are now five years down the road. Don't you want more in life?

August 9, 2008 - Don't you wish your parents taught you about money? Our schools and churches don't teach our children the important aspects of how to handle money so that leaves the responsibility on us as parents.

Here's a picture of my oldest daughter Ava (3 years old) sitting in on he show with me.

August 2, 2008 - You make the majority of your money in real estate at the purchase and not the sale.  Michael Mansour of Selling Directly Real Estate and I discuss how to find good deals on personal property and rental real estate and what to look for when you buy.

Make sure you don't over pay and that you're in the right position (and that your personal tendencies fit owning real estate) before making the biggest purchase of your life.

July 26, 2008 - Whether you've lost a job or are going through a transition, or even if you know someone who is, this show is jam packed with info to help you make it through the transition. The first step is to breathe and understand that the world is not coming to an end. Make sure your finances are in order and then develop a plan to find work that you love.

July 19, 2008 - Life & Career Theme Hour. The average time American spend working in one job is now 3.2 years. Gone is the gold watch and pension when you retire.

Learn how to first look inward to see what your passions are and then develop a plan to turn that into income. It may be a traditional employer relationship or it may be starting a business of your own. Justin and Preston help callers turn their ideas into income.

Career & Personality Profiles are 20% off for the month of July only at www.lukascoaching.com/store.

July 12, 2008 - It's a small business theme hour. Justin and Preston help Jeff market his 'spicy coffee'. As they try it on the air they realize it does have a kick to it. Tony calls in to help make his salsa business profitable and regroup and reorganize to become more profitable.

July 5, 2008 - Small Business - Justin helps many callers work out their new business ideas to get on the road to profitability. Listen to get ideas or develop ideas that you already have.

June 28, 2008 - Want to become a millionaire?  The best advice I can give anyone is to find someone that is already where you want to be, and ask them how they got there.

They should be able to tell you what worked, what didn't work and what they would do different.  The focus of this show was interviewing a few people that have done great in life.  Trust me, these aren't the rock star/movie star type people.  In fact, if you saw them on the street, you would have no idea they've done well in life.

June 21, 2008 - Want to get a great deal when you buy your next home, rental or vacation property? Justin talks with Michael Mansour of www.sellingdirectly.com about navigating the maze of foreclosures.

June 14, 2008 - The collections industry is fraught with collectors who break the law on a daily basis.  Justin debunks a lot of myths and tells you what you need to know if you are in collections, or have a collector calling you.

June 7, 2008 - Justin Lukasavige talks with Preston McLaurin with www.prestonmclaurin.net about good mortgages and bad.

Your home payment should be less than 25% of your take-home pay on a 15 or 20-year fixed rate mortgage, maximum. Preston guarantees both the lowest rates and the lowest costs on mortgages. Listen to find out why no other broker can offer that.

Three terms scare me in the mortgage world: Balloon, adjustable rate and interest only. Listen to find out why and what you can do to make your home affordable.

May 31, 2008 - Anne Foster and Justin Lukasavige discuss the most important type of insurance that almost everyone needs. If get hurt or become sick and you are the primary income earner in your family, what will you do?

Disability insurance is important for a number of reasons, but it is nothing more than income on the most powerful wealth-building tool that any of us have, and that is our income.

May 24, 2008 - Health Coach Rachel Lukasavige talks with Justin about how much extra weight Americans are carrying on their bodies. It stands in the way of things like getting the jobs we want and our ability to become debt-free very quickly. Rachel shares some great tips on how to get rid of the extra weight and reach our goals very quickly. The show had audio problems during the first 15 minutes, but clears up very quickly.

May 17, 2008 - Michael Mansour of Selling Directly joins me to talk about how to get your home ready for sale and the most important things you can do right now to get top dollar. If you want to save over $10,000 when you sell your home (and sell it fast), you need to listen to this show!

May 10, 2008 - This week Nationwide Scholarship Coach Jill Howell and I talk about how to attend college and NOT end up owing thousands of dollars when you graduate. The average scholarship for a high school senior that Jill works with is just over $50,000!

One of the questions we tackle is what to do now at the end of the school year to position students that haven't received any aid at this point. There are still many things that she can do to help college bound seniors receive scholarships and grants.

The best time to begin working with Jill Howell is 8th - 12th grade. Listeners can call Jill for a limited time to take advantage of two distinct programs at a discount that will generate quite a bit of scholarship and grant income for students.

May 3, 2008 - What's the best way to pay off your home early? What kind of mortgage do you have and when will you have NO house payment? Preston McLaurin educates our listeners as to how to make it happen.

April 26, 2008 - How do you get out of debt? My friend Preston discusses with me some of the things he and his family have done to get on the path to freedom. Learn the 6 steps that you can do right now if you want to become debt-free!

April 19, 2008 - When is the right time to buy or sell a home; with Michael Mansour, Realtor and owner of Selling Directly
