Plan your sales cycle. If your entire plan is to meet people and directly sell your service, you won't survive in business long. You'll learn what a sales cycle is (in plain language) and how to use it to your benefit.
How to network effectively. Contrary to popular belief you can be very effective at a networking event without brining any of your own business cards. I'll teach you how.
The process of direct outreach. Will sending postcards work to gain clients? Can direct outreach be a profitable way of gaining clients for your service? Learn the most effective method for reaching out to your clients and prospects to gain business and help more people.
How to keep in touch with your current clients and prospects. It costs 80% more to gain a new client than it does to retain a current client. Find out the best, most inexpensive way to do it.
Become a speaker. Speak for free or get paid to do it. Our coaches started at the bottom and now get paid well for speaking. We also speak for free in many cases and we'll tell you why.
Become a writer. Learn how to write and greatly increase traffic to your website as a result. Turn your writing into profits by publishing books and other materials.

The Schedule
Week 1
Creating demand for your service (get your ideal clients to email, call, or
form a line outside your door), refine your brand (stand out and become
noticeable) and implement a marketing cycle (allow your clients and
prospects to lead themselves through your services to find the best
solution at the time they need it - no more selling or cold calling).
Week 2
Determine why people buy what your service (so you can develop the
solution that best meets their needs) and learn how to talk about what you
do (get people excited and engaged - allow them to sell themselves on
your service instead feeling like you have to talk them in to it).
Week 3
Reality check. A good coach holds you accountable for the information
covered and makes sure you are on track to succeed in business.
Week 4
Create information products (add them to your marketing funnel that
we’ve already designed together and allow your clients and prospects to
effortlessly find what they need when they need it ) and design a sales
cycle (make the process of engaging with your prospects fit your
personality).
Week 5
Pick a promotional strategy that best fits your personality. Networking
(meeting and helping people understand what you do), referral strategy
(get other people to sell your services so you don’t have to) and direct
outreach (reach out to your market at the time they need your services
most).
Week 6
Your website (we’ll already have covered some info on websites and
now we’re going in to detail on converting visitors to prospects and then
to paying clients) and keeping in touch with your market (follow up and
provide value so they’ll recommend you to everyone they know).
Week 7
Using speaking and writing as profit centers, marketing or both for
your business. Both position you as experts in your field and can
mean incredible profits for your business. We’ll answer questions about
creating value with products and speaking for “free” while offering your
products.
Week 8
The consultation process. America's Sales Coach, Pierce Marrs, joins me to talk about leading your prospects through the consultation process and then, if appropriate, converting them to paying clients. We also cover tying it all together; implement and profit. We’ve covered a lot of ground
during these eight weeks together and you’ve likely already increased the
profitability of your business even if you have only applied a small portion
of the information we’ve covered.
