What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a process where you work one-on-one
with a trained professional to set goals and create a
plan to reach those goals. If youre ready to lose
weight and feel better about yourself but dont know
where to start, we can help!
Rachel will assist you in setting realistic goals to:
- Improve your diet
- Lose weight
- Increase your physical activity and energy level
- Lower your stress levels
- And more!
Rachel will hold you accountable for the goals you set
by monitoring your progress every step of the way. We
will help you lay the foundation needed to get you to
where you want to be. By making changes now, you are on
your way to ensuring good health for the rest of your
life.
How does coaching work?
The first step in health coaching is to make the initial
connection with your health coach. During this free 30
minute phone consultation, you and Rachel
will learn more about each other, talk about the changes
you want to make, and determine if coaching is the best
option for you.
When you are ready to begin your life change, we will
schedule your first session and spend 45-60 minutes brainstorming
on your goals and developing a specific plan to reach
them. Rachel will follow up with you to make sure that
you are sticking to your plan, and will also answer any
any questions you might have.
Unlike most health coaching programs that only include
1 or 2 months or coaching, our program includes 3 full
months of coaching to help you achieve the results
you want to achieve!
Your health coaching options are:
- Weekly coaching session
- Bi-weekly coaching sessions, or
- Monthly coaching session
