Financial Coach

 

Objective:

Provide accurate, specific guidance to Lukas Coaching clients, inspiring action and injecting hope, encouragement, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Provide consultations to prospective clients (in-person and via phone); explain coaching service offerings

Conduct Group Coaching Sessions for clients (in-person, evening and occasionally on weekends)

Maintain schedule of client meetings and provide clients with resources/materials as needed

Ideal Attributes:

• Must have a heart for teaching and encouraging and helping others
• Must have a solid understanding of biblical financial principles and support debt-free living.
• Must have a working knowledge of financial products.
  
• Must live in the Raleigh, NC area.
  
• Must be confident in basic Excel usage.
  
• Must be familiar with technology.
  
• Must be engaged in social media.
  
• Must be confident in front of small groups.
  
• Must not mix plaids and stripes.
