You Can't Out-earn Stupidity Before my wife and I worked our way out of debt, we were like the average Americans. We didn't have the first clue about how to handle our money. Just like many of the people we coach, we thought that if we worked hard enough and earned more money, that would make up for our lack of knowledge in the financial world. Well, I'm here to tell you that you simply can't make more money in hopes of making up for a lack of understanding. I know because I tried it for years. If you want to make any meaningful change in your life, that must begin with knowledge. Did you know that the average millionaire reads at least 1 nonfiction book each month? If you need some ideas, check out some of my suggestions. The internet is also a very helpful place to discover more information. This newsletter is a wonderful start, but don't stop there. Visit google.com and you have the world at your fingertips. If you want to make a real change in your life, you can do it with more money, but your stupidity will probably even that back out. Seek first to understand, then make the change.
