Become Rich: What Works

Have you noticed that trying to get rich quick doesn't
work? Maybe you haven't yet, but you are tired of trying
just about everything you can think of to get there, but
nothing seems to work. But how could this be? After all,
we have all heard the stories of people who have made
a ton of money as real estate agents, franchise owners,
house flippers and stock market geniuses.
Let me explain two things. First, most of these people
are the exception rather than the rule. Second, most of
these people have worked their butts off for years to
get to the point when you first hear about them. Most
of them do have one very important thing in common however,
and that is that they are doing something that they are
very passionate about.
I just did a quick search on google for 'get rich', and
I received 147,000,000 search results. A quick survey
found that most of the websites promise I will become
very rich in just a short amount of time using their proven
system. For between $29.95 and $299 there are many companies
that promise to show me how to become both rich and famous,
and they back it up with pictures of all the cars and
houses I will be able to buy in just one year from now.
Friends, I coach people how to become debt-free and build
wealth for a living. I will be the first to say that there
is no new system or kit you can buy from late night TV,
the internet, or anywhere else that will make you debt-free
and rich. It just does not exist. The tools we use to
help you get there have been around for thousands of years.
Applying them to your life is the hard part.
Many people want to live the high life with expensive
cars and homes. Most people chase the money to become
happy and buy what they want. But the truly happy people
focus on their passions and the money always becomes a
byproduct.
If you want to become rich, do not go out and search for
money. Rather, do what you are passionate about and the
money will always find you.
