Lukas Coaching began in 2006 in response to an overwhelming request from our family and friends for sound financial advice. For 5 years prior to starting the business we had been coaching friends and family when we could fit it in to our already busy schedules.

Because the need is so strong within our community, we have decided to use our financial knowledge and experience, as well as the gifts God has provided us, to counsel others on a full-time basis. We will never turn anyone away who has a genuine need for financial coaching. We truly do exist to help our clients succeed in life!

Life Coach

Justin is a Dave Ramsey Certified Coach who has a heart for helping people succeed in their financial, personal and spiritual lives. Justin is also a coach with Dan Miller's 48 Days. He discovered years ago that he has a passion for teaching, and even more so a passion for helping people and businesses successfully manage their finances.

Justin is one of two coaches in the US that train Dave Ramsey Certified Counselors from all parts of the country as part of Coach Training.

As a Christian, he is not only in business to help others, but also to empower and teach people to help themselves. His goal is not to provide a quick fix for your financial situation, but rather to teach you how to win financially for the rest of your life.

Justin shares his love of finances career and life with those he works with every day. Our clients have said that working with Justin is like having having a full-time employee working with them to improve them and their business. He prides himself on being available to answer questions and provide sound financial advice.

A graduate of Purdue University, Justin grew up living in Wisconsin, South Dakota and Indiana before settling in Apex, North Carolina with his wife Christine and daughters Ava and Amanda and Brie. He travels and works with clients throughout the triangle and the Carolinas. Contact Justin

 

Preston McLaurin
Personal & Business Coach

Preston and his wife Lori had a strong desire years ago to improve their family’s financial situation. Learning to work together on their finances was the key. Today, money no longer pulls their marriage apart and is something they work together on with agreed strategies. They also are motivated in helping their five children who are going into and graduating from college in building strong financial foundations for themselves and their families.

Preston has a strong passion towards helping couples and singles gain control of their money and living with a purpose. Preston has been guiding families and businesses financially for over two decades.

Derek Sisterhen
Financial Coach

Dinnertime economics discussions with his father sparked Derek’s interest in personal finance when he was twelve years old.   It was then that he learned responsibility, determination, and faith are the underlying components of a life well lived. 

As a coach, Derek teaches his clients financial fundamentals and helps them develop a plan to take control of their lives.  By coupling financial knowhow and a Christian faith, Derek empowers clients to accomplish their goals with confidence and experience true financial freedom.

After growing up in metropolitan Washington, DC, Derek graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration.  He has experience in the banking industry with risk management, business and personal finance.  Derek and his wife live in Cary, NC. Rachel Lukasavige
Health Coach

Rachel’s passion for helping people live healthier lives stems from her long interest in nutrition and physical activity. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Communication she moved to Boston to pursue a Masters in Health Communication from a collaborative program between Emerson College and Tufts University School of Medicine.

She has working contracts with companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in the field of worksite wellness, and has a passion for working one-on-one with clients as a personal health coach. Contact Rachel
